Most of our beeswax is supplied by beekeepers, this way we make sure our candles are free from paraffin and other toxic additives commonly used on imported beeswax.

ANTI-PACKAGING

In order to reduce carbon footprint, our packaging is locally sourced, plastic-free and 100% recyclable. The printing is also reduced to a minimum.

CARBON NEUTRAL SHIPPING

All of our shipments are carbon neutral thanks to our partnership with the Shopify Planet. This means that for every order that is shipped, we offset the carbon emissions through investments in renewable energy and carbon reduction projects.

Founded by Brazilian-born husband and wife duo Felipe Gardelli and Luma Fachini, BZZWAX is a London-based brand that prides itself on making candles with ingredients that come straight from mother nature. Using organic beeswax sourced by beekeepers, they support apiaries and urban pollination to keep our planet healthy.

All deliveries are dispatched using either Royal Mail, or DPD. The shipping provider and shipping method will depend on the option chosen at checkout.

Shipping costs depend on the chosen courier, method, and your location, as well as the total weight of your parcel.

We aim to dispatch all orders the following business day, however this can take up to 3 working days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging.
