Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Sunny’s order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help! Here’s everything you need to know about returning an item.


Our 30-Day Returns Policy

You have 30 days from receiving your order to return it to us. Please note:

  • Return shipping is not covered: We’re unable to offer free returns or pre-paid labels at this time.
  • Items must be unused: Please ensure your item is in its original condition, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging.

How to Return an Order

  1. Let us know:
    Start your return from your account, or simply contact us to let us know you’d like to send something back.
  2. Pack it up:
    Re-use our packaging if you can (as long as it’s not damaged), or use your own. If you’re returning something fragile, please pack it securely to help it arrive safely.
  3. Include your order number:
    Pop the packing slip in your parcel. If you’ve lost it, a printout of your order confirmation or a handwritten note with your order number will do the trick.
  4. Choose your courier:
    Send your parcel to the address at the bottom of this page by using a courier and service of your choosing—we recommend tracked and insured. You’re responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • We’ll let you know as soon as we’ve received and checked your return.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please get in touch.

Return Shipping & Responsibility

  • You’ll need to arrange your own return shipping—we can’t provide return labels.
  • Until your parcel reaches us, it’s your responsibility. If your parcel is lost or damaged on the way back, you’ll need to claim with your courier, as we can’t process returns that don’t arrive safely.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us right away so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on earrings.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Not sure if your item is eligible? Just ask!

Gift cards: If you return an order paid with a gift card, we’ll refund the value back to your gift card.
