Make your order extra special with our premium gift box. Perfect for sending directly to your recipient or placing straight under the tree.

Each gift box includes:
  • Wood wool for cushioning
  • Your choice of wrapping paper
  • Box wrapped shut and finished with a coordinating ribbon
Important: The gift box will be fully wrapped and cannot be opened without unwrapping. Please tell us exactly how you’d like your items packed by following the instructions below:
  • Only want certain items in the gift box?
    Leave instructions in the Order Notes at checkout.
  • Ordering multiple gift boxes?
    List which items go into each box.
    Example: “Box 1: Candle + Mug. Box 2: Socks + Chocolate. + Coffee”
  • Want to add a message?
    Add your message in the Order Notes, and we’ll include a printed card inside the box.

We’ll pack and label each box according to your instructions.

*please note, certain larger items are excluded from this service
  • All items you choose to include will be packed together in one fully wrapped gift box. Individual items are not wrapped separately inside the box.
  • Once wrapped, the gift box cannot be opened without unwrapping it. Please ensure you are happy with the items being packed together before choosing this option.
  • If no packing instructions are left in the Order Notes at checkout, we will automatically pack all items from your order into the gift box.
  • Ordering more than one gift box? Please use the Order Notes to tell us which items should go into which box. If no notes are provided, we will assume one box is intended for the entire order.
  • If you would like only specific items boxed, or if you need multiple boxes with items grouped differently, please clearly list your preferences in the Order Notes.
  • Adding a personal message? Simply type your message into the Order Notes at checkout, and we’ll include a printed card inside the gift box.
  • Please note: certain larger items (such as: Smiley Star Light, Smiley High Light, Rika Vase) are excluded from this service. If we are unable to provide a gift box for the items in your order, the service will be removed and refunded.

All deliveries are dispatched using either Royal Mail, or DPD. The shipping provider and shipping method will depend on the option chosen at checkout.

Shipping costs depend on the chosen courier, method, and your location, as well as the total weight of your parcel.

Fulfilment Times

We aim to dispatch all orders the following business day, however this can take up to 3 working days.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days for an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. 

Please note that we do not cover the cost of shipping or provide pre-paid return labels.
