Although it is a hardy material, avoid dropping your candle holder onto hard surfaces as the impact can weaken or break the piece. Do not clean with coloured creams or soaps as they can stain the surface, clean gently with a soft cloth. To restore the surface shine polish with neutral coloured wax or buffer.

"In 2019, shortly after Triqis was founded, we started to reflect upon our core activities and focused on the sustainability of each of our processes. When designing new products we always strive to improve the quality, as well as introduce new processes to reduce waste and energy consumption, this is why 95% of our manufacturing process is human-centered, most of our products being hand-made. All of our manufacturing materials are sourced from local suppliers within the United Kingdom, this also applies to our shipping and packaging. In addition to prioritising local suppliers which helps us to reduce our carbon footprint, we further look for the supply of ecological materials. For example, most of our product range is made of a water-based eco-resin, which unlike most resins does not contain any trace of vegetable or synthetic oil, extraction of oil being one of the greatest causes of deforestation and ecosystem disruption. We have also drastically cut down our water consumption by starting to recycle the water used within our manufacturing process. We did this by developing a water system that operates independently from any main water supplies, cleaning and filtering it, allowing it to be reused used for manufacturing."
