One of our strengths is that we have our own CSR staff in place in the production countries who work full-time on these issues. Through internal controls in combination with independent reviews, we make sure that our products are produced under good social conditions and do not contain any harmful chemicals."

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it to us. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. 

All returns are carried out on a self-serve basis, meaning that we do not cover the cost of shipping cost or provide pre-paid return labels.
