The Producer

Sajonia Estate Coffee, S.A. is a vertically integrated coffee producer based in Jinotega, Nicaragua, known for its commitment to quality, sustainability, and social responsibility. As part of Sajonia Coffee Exporters, the estate manages every step of the coffee journey—from cultivation and harvesting to wet milling and export—ensuring full traceability and consistency. The farms are Rainforest Alliance Certified and emphasize environmental stewardship, including water conservation, reforestation, and organic waste management. Beyond environmental efforts, Sajonia actively invests in the well-being of its workers and local communities through education, healthcare, and housing initiatives. This holistic approach allows them to produce high-quality, specialty-grade coffees that not only reflect the richness of the Nicaraguan highlands but also support a more equitable coffee supply chain.

Dark Arts Coffee is a coffee roastery started by friends in East London. Focusing on importing the best beans from all over the world into their London base and "roasting them until they taste good as a brown drink."

Dark Arts coffee is roasted with a light, modern approach. Dragon is roasted specifically for espresso so has slightly more development than the others; however, they are still light by espresso standards.
