All of their packaging is recycled, re-used or recyclable, and they strive to create products that will leave little impact on the planet. Cai & Jo also use a percentage of profits to buy back land of wildlife-rich habitats for local communities through World Land Trust.

Cai & Jo strive to have a socially responsible business where everyone who makes their products has good working conditions and is paid a fair wage for their work. Cai & Jo are continuously working on improving this and undertaking social audits of all factories they work with to ensure their high standards are being met. They are very happy to work closely with their suppliers in the UK, India, China and Vietnam, many of them small businesses themselves.
