Cai & Jo prints are printed locally on 300 gsm FSC accredited, 100% recycled paper made in Italy.
The paper is quite smooth and speckled due to the recycling process.
Packaged carefully in a compostable cello film with a backing board that is also 100% recycled, and sent flat to prevent curling.

SUSTAINABILITY

Cai & Jo strive to make their brand as ethical and sustainable as possible, with almost all of their packaging re-used, recycled and/or recyclable, and every paper stock being FSC assured and/or recycled.

Cai & Jo have also become climate positive by partnering with an organisation that plants trees and funds projects that remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere.

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it to us. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. 

All returns are carried out on a self-serve basis, meaning that we do not cover the cost of shipping cost or provide pre-paid return labels.
