Connection by Hand Jazz

Limited edition; only 50 ever made. Exclusive to the Evermade Editions 'A Decade of Change' collection. Printed using an archival Giclée method on 240 gsm matt paper.

‘My piece is about the vital importance of connection. Building walls and borders, restricting free speech, controlling personal expression and limiting the flow of information prevents us all from making crucial connections which can lead to endless possibilities in the future. I feel excited that the next decade could possibly play a major part in the history of the world.’

Hand Jazz is the moniker of Ryan McAllister, an illustrator and visual artist.

"Every single piece starts with a spark of inspiration from the world around us. It’s an idea shared between us and our wonderfully talented artists, brought to life through wit and unique style. Considered, thought-through, and thoughtfully created, our passion lies in making a piece of your hometown you can wear with pride or that ‘so-them, must buy’ gift that couldn’t possibly be for anyone else. Ours is a style that feels personal, made exclusively accessible, affordable, and always full of fun."
It started with an empty office wall and nothing to hang on it. Unsatisfied with the mass-produced art of a time that left him wanting to do anything but ‘keep calm and carry on’, Evermade's founder Harry spotted an opportunity and embarked on a side project that would soon turn into a full-time passion. Speaking to and working with artists to create short-run limited edition prints, Harry started Evermade in Autumn 2011. Discover their collection of playfully eclectic, design-led prints, gifts and stationery.
